A u d i t i o n s
7DAYS holds auditions each fall for both undergraduate and graduate students at the University of Minnesota. Audition slots are ten minutes long and include:
Audition Cut
SEPTEMBER 16 & 17 2026
-Brief introductions
-auditionees performing 40-60 seconds of any PREFERRED song
– Auditionees participating in a guided range check
Callbacks
After auditions, auditionees will get a callback decision. Those who receive a callback will learn a piece of music from 7Days’ repertoire to sing with the group.
Hearing back

After callbacks, 7Days and other a cappella groups will send acceptances and rejections on Friday morning. Accepted members have until the weekend’s end to respond.
